New Article: The Fundamentals of Bodyweight Strength Training

Steve just released his newest article on bodyweight strength training!  This article discusses how to construct a strength focused bodyweight workout routine.  Currently, there is very little information on programming properly for bodyweight strength training. Steve covers the ins-and-outs of bodyweight strength work and touches on how bodyweight training may also be combined with barbell work effectively using proper progressions.
