		<description>For pure compression it&#039;s likely heavier weight gives the most compression.

I wouldn&#039;t base that on anything though as the discs are meant to take compression forces -- they&#039;re just not meant to take them while the spine is in flexion or flexes during the lift.</description>

		<description>Keep it the same. You will likely stall out a bit faster because your recovery is not as good. That is fine; just do a reramp up like you are supposed to.</description>
