		<description>Thanks for posting this article.  I&#039;ve been incorporating a few plyometrics after my warm-up and I&#039;ve been seeing faster gains in my Starting Strength lifts.

For anyone who wants to try this, just be sure not to do too many lower body plyometrics before heavy squats.  Sometimes it doesn&#039;t work out too well...</description>
